Selecting the right surgeon for this procedure is extremely important as they must possess high levels of surgical skill but equally they must have a good eye for visual balance. The art of a great nose job is delivering this perfect combination.
We pride ourselves that our surgeons not only possess these skills but are also qualified to conduct higher level, secondary, or revision Rhinoplasty.

What I really value about my experience with 111 Harley Street isn't just the amazing result of my nose job; it's also how friendly and professional I found both Dr Alexandrides and his patient care team to be. In hindsight, I wouldn't have chosen any other surgeon. I cannot thank Dr Alexandrides enough.

Last year I became very ‘tired’ with a problem I had had, throughout my life, with regards to something as simple as breathing normally. You will know that I had already had two surgical ‘interventions’, one at the age of eleven or twelve (sinus flush and removal of some bone) and one at the age of twenty-one (removal of excessive bone from the septum in an attempt to free up the air passage). Neither of which were effective in the long term!
The reason I came to you (after, I might add, a great deal of research into the practice) was in the hope that I might finally be able to have the health aspect corrected (ie being able to breathe normally for the first time) as well as having cosmetic aspects changed with regards to reduction in the size/shape of the nose itself.
In a way of explaining some of the results, for the first time in my life, I can actually inhale and get a full breath of air through my nostrils which is a first for me. There is still bruising on the bridge however from what you told me time and fade cream should take care of that.
The cosmetic aspects are also brilliant. As you are aware the septum was ‘off-centre’ due to previous surgery and the results have indeed corrected this as well as the breathing aspect. The great part about that is that, even though it’s been ten months since the operation, it still seems to be getting better as time goes on.
I must also say that everyone I came into contact with at 111 Harley, throughout the procedure from beginning to end, was always of the utmost help and always quick to answer any questions or queries which helps in a massive way, to allay any misgivings one might have about any procedure to be undergone. All that I came into contact within your practice were universally pleasant, knowledgeable and most helpful with any questions.
In an attempt to sum it all up, I had always had misgivings about going back for a third surgery for the same problem (after all what could be ‘fixed’ after two previous operations had failed to correct the problem,!) however, from beginning to end, I always felt comfortable whilst in your practice, received all the information in detail as I needed it and have ended up with a result both health wise and cosmetically, that I would not have thought possible a year ago.
Thank you so very much for all you have done.

If you think Rhinoplasty might be of benefit to you why not have a consultation with one of our Surgeons, free of charge?
The consultation is a two way process and provides the opportunity for patients to fully explore all of the options available to them. Together with the knowledge and guidance of the surgeon a joint decision will be made and a course of action agreed. If the decision is to proceed with surgery the Surgeon will clearly explain the surgical process, the recovery times and the results that can be achieved to ensure expectations are met.
Success for our Surgeons is the delight of a patient who feels that not only has their remodelled nose transformed their face but improved their self confidence too.
