Maheen joins our Surgical Team as our new Admin Co-Ordinator. Her professional background is rooted in creating luxury experiences: from working in Dubai selling properties to high-net worth individuals, to heading up the Spa Concierge team at the Langham Hotel – she enjoys providing exceptional customer service and loves to be included in her clients’ big, life-changing decisions and reasons to be confident.

With over a decade of experience working in the aesthetic industry, Marie has exceptional people skills combined with the clinical experience that has ensured her success at 111 Harley St.
Combined with her professionalism, kindness and engaging manner, she is the first point of contact for you at 111 Harley St. and works managing both surgical and non-surgical enquiries. She will provide you with in-depth knowledge on all our procedures and treatments, making your next steps of your journey as easy as possible. Senior Patient Advisor
Having moved to London from Canada, Sera is enhancing our team with her international experience and aesthetic knowledge. As our Senior Patient Advisor, she harnesses her first-hand knowledge as a former Aesthetician and will be able to give you the ins and out of all our treatments effortlessly.
Having been in the industry for over three years, she feels that delivering advanced treatments has been extremely rewarding and now, she’s venturing into a new aspect of patient relationships: advising our clients on the best way to achieve their goals, being a support system and helping them start their skin and surgical journeys.
Michaela Blasse-Haffenden
Patient Advisor
Michaela has 12 years of experience in the aesthetic industry; five of those in patient relations where she has advised thousands of people across both London and Surrey.
By possessing enormous amounts of empathy, she will go above and beyond to ensure that you have all the information you need when considering a surgery or non-surgical treatment with us.
