Our Patient Promise was launched in August 2015
At 111 Harley St. we aim to treat patients with the highest levels of medical expertise. Complications are infrequent, but every treatment and surgery carries some degree of risk; all of which we cover with you during your consultation Our patient’s health and safety are paramount to us; hence we have created our 111 Harley St. ‘Patient Promise’ to reassure you.
About The Patient Promise
The 111 Harley St. Patient Promise means that in the unlikely circumstance that you experience post surgery complications, we will resolve it without additional medical fees.* Our Patient Promise is valid for up to 2 years. It means that we will provide comprehensive care throughout your treatment and recovery. In the unlikely event that you think you may be experiencing post-surgery complications, we ask all of our patients to make an appointment to see your consultant at your earliest convenience.
