Your Harley Street Consultation
In-clinic and at home, our full medical team are here for you. We can offer you a full consultation for all your aesthetic needs, from consultations with Plastic Surgeons, Dr Yannis and Mr Reza, to discussing skin or anti-ageing concerns, with our Head of Non-Surgical Department, we can give you all the advice you need. Whatever the concern, our exceptional team are able to conduct a skin analysis, or face or body assessment in person at our Harley Street clinic, or remotely from the comfort of your own home at a time to suit your own busy schedule.
VIRTUAL SIMULATIONS
Using advanced technology we are able to create 3D simulations for a Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation to give you a visual indication of what your post-operative results may look like. The simulated images can guide your decision and help you manage expectations.
In addition to noses and breasts, we can also create a visual for how you may look with a Chin Implant or Submental Chin Liposuction. All that is required to create your simulation, is for you to send three recent photos of your desired area; one photo from the front, and one from each side. If you’re interested in a Virtual Breast Consultation, we also require a nipple-to-nipple measurement. Please send these measurements in centimetres (cm) and once completed you can send your photos and measurements to info@111harleystreet.com. Additionally, showing your Surgeon any inspiration photographs or references can be very helpful also.
SURGICAL IN-CLINIC CONSULTATIONS
Book in with our Patient Advisors for an in-person consultation and you’ll visit us on Harley Street at the specified date and time to meet with one of our Plastic Surgeons. During the consultation you will discuss your areas of concern, your aesthetic goals and can ask any questions you have. Your Surgeon will assess the area, consider your desired outcome to determine suitability. They will discuss the procedure or combination of procedures required.
SURGICAL VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS
Our remote consultations allow you to take photos in the privacy of your home, in your own time. We’re also able to offer a 3D simulation for prospective breast or nose surgery to give you a visual indication of your post-operative results. The simulated images can guide your decision and help you manage expectations. Should you be considering a Surgical procedure and opt for a virtual consultation initially, rest assured, you will visit the clinic prior to surgery to meet with your Surgeon face to face before your theatre date.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During your consultation we will discuss your cosmetic goals, medical history and desires. The operation details – what happens during the surgery, anaesthesia, recovery, side effects and risks, or any other information you might want to know about the procedure of interest. We can tell you about our surgical expertise, qualifications, training etc. We can offer advice on anything relating to any conditions or surgery-related such as whether you’re a suitable candidate, what surgery or non-surgical treatment is best for you (if any).

Please note, all consultations are subject to the applicable charge below at the time of booking. This is deducted from the cost of your procedure:
Surgical Procedures Virtual Consultation Fee: £200
Surgical Procedures In-Clinic Consultation Fee: Mr Reza £200, Dr Yannis £350
NON-SURGICAL CONSULTATIONS
Whether you’re making a treatment enquiry, looking for skincare advice and guidance, or hoping to find clinical or prescriptive products that will enable you to maintain your in-clinic treatments at home, we’re available to you.
Please note, all Non-Surgical consultations are subject to a £50 holding deposit. This is deducted from the cost of your procedure or treatment. This is a fully-refundable appointment holding deposit of £50 which can be redeemed against the cost of treatment or returned to you if you do not wish to go ahead with your treatment after the consultation.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Call us on 0344 692 1111 and schedule a suitable time for you to chat with our Head of Non-Surgical about skin concerns and treatment plans with our Aesthetic Doctor, Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber or team of Aestheticians. You will then receive bespoke advice regarding your skin concerns and product recommendations. We can discuss a future treatment plans and will make personalised recommendations based not only on your skin, but also considering other factors such as lifestyle and what will best achieve the results your desire.
