Agata Podwika has been taking the clinic to new heights since she joined the team in 2012, as our Managing Director, her passion is for development: both the building of skills of the whole team and shaping their careers, and also fine tuning the internal and external workings of the company as a whole to maximise seamlessness.
Outlook As A Managing Director
As her passion has always been for progression, one of Agata’s biggest achievements has been creating a Non-Surgical division to compliment the surgical side of the clinic. When she first started, both the clinic and team were significantly smaller, and now she has developed a multi-level team of skilled Aestheticians, Nurses and Doctors – who specialise in advanced injectables and skin rejuvenating treatments. Now, our Surgical and Non-Surgical Department are well established individually, where Agata has helped expand the technology, opened our Devonshire Place clinic in 2019, and created a place that can enhance your post-surgery care, fulfilling her ambition to improve our patients quality of the skin before and after procedures.
This was the beginning of the 360-degree care ethos that we are now known for.
EXPERIENCE
Agata has come from an aesthetic background where she has headed up several leading skin clinics in the UK. Coming from managing and senior positions, she wanted to move into the luxury aesthetic space as she wanted to work with a clinic where she could bring her passion for high-quality care, the latest technological advancements, and treatments that deliver the best results – alongside great customer service – was paramount.
EDUCATION
With a degree in Cosmetology, Agata has additionally studied Aesthetics, Biology and Chemistry in Poland.
