Her professional background is rooted in creating luxury experiences: from working in Dubai selling properties to high-net worth individuals, to heading up the Spa Concierge team at the Langham Hotel – she enjoys providing exceptional customer service and loves to be included in her clients’ big, life-changing decisions and reasons to be confident.

Senior Patient Advisor

Having moved to London from Canada, Sera is enhancing our team with her international experience and aesthetic knowledge. As our Senior Patient Advisor, she harnesses her first-hand knowledge as a former Aesthetician and will be able to give you the ins and out of all our treatments effortlessly.

Having been in the industry for over three years, she feels that delivering advanced treatments has been extremely rewarding and now, she’s venturing into a new aspect of patient relationships: advising our clients on the best way to achieve their goals, being a support system and helping them start their skin and surgical journeys.

Michaela Blasse-Haffenden

Patient Advisor

Michaela has 12 years of experience in the aesthetic industry; five of those in patient relations where she has advised thousands of people across both London and Surrey.

By possessing enormous amounts of empathy, she will go above and beyond to ensure that you have all the information you need when considering a surgery or non-surgical treatment with us. Michaela will be the first person you speak to at 111 Harley St., and will ensure to start your journey with us as seamlessly and pleasantly as possible.
